Ah, let's see, my beloved series. Well, both of them. Here's where I give brief summaries to both. Starting with The Deathly Silent

With its name coming from Family Guy, you'd think my series is a comedy. And while there are humorous moments, it's a lot more serious than I ever thought it would be. I technically created this at the end of 2002 but often say I created it in 2003 due to the fact that it was so close to the end of the year. It takes place between beginning 2004 to the middle of 2006. Unless mentioned, everything is in a fictional town called Laydenburg, North Carolina (technically it is part of the Triangle: Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill are the points in the Triangle, hence the name). It's not for children as the characters do talk about sex and there is violence.

It basically follows the story of four men in their twenties, trying to balance the two jobs that they have. Their first jobs aren't anything out of the ordinary. Trip is a graduate student who teaches classes at a university. Alex is a newspaper reporter. Dylan is a high school English teacher. Cole works alongside a biochemist as a lab assisstant. See, nothing too unusual. Their second job is quite different. Somewhat borrowing a page from Buffy and Sidney Bristow of Alias, they are 'demon exterminators'. This is a world that is full of supernatural creatures and the demon population has been rising. As has the body count of humans. So they work for a group called the Deathly Silent and pretty much annihilate any demons that are pretty much causing havoc and killing innocent people. Because of these two hectic jobs, none of them has time to settle with a girl.

Well, time suddenly becomes available when the four of them run into four women living together. The girls seem perfect. Debra, who also teaches college classes, is a professional dancer and teaches dance at prestigious school. Rosemary is a best-selling romance and mystery novelist. Tiffany, though a high school math teacher, is a talented artist. And Suzanne, despite being a full time model, is a musical prodigy. It seems too good to be true.

It is.

Debra, Rosemary, Tiffany, and Suzanne also have a second job: they're the Grim Reaper's Apprentices or the highest and most dangerous class of demons in existence. They kill people who they believe have no more will or right to live. But of course, the guys don't know that. Nor do the girls know of their boyfriends' professions. Not until the boys get an order to kill them. And this is where the actual story begins.
